Good workout day! Same resulting weight

Lots of workout yesterday.. Legs pretty sore :)

Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 2 pb&j bagels
Lunch: Softball Tournament BBQ (burger, dog, some fruit, small chips package, diet soda)
Dinner: Jamba Juice (Power size all fruit - 500 cal), Sourdough pretzel, Cashews :(
Snacks: Diet soda, granola bars, gatorades (during sports for energy)

Yesterdays Activity:
Softball Tournament (180 minutes, ~3 miles)
Beach Volleyball (160 minutes, 2.6 miles)
= 5.6 miles

Resulting Weight:
248.5 :) - Tied for lowest so far

Survived poker night

No activity yesterday for me, needed a little break for the legs.. Going to be playing a softball tournament and beach volleyball today.

We had poker night last night with lots of pizza and chips and beer and snacks but i was able to preempt the pizza by eating a jamba juice before hand and then resist all the snacks.. (tough)

Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 2 bowls Raisin Bran
Lunch: Sombrero (Lunch special - carne asada burrito w rice and beans)
Dinner: Jamba Juice (Power size peach pleasure -600 cal), Apple Cinnamon Pretzel
Snacks: Diet soda during poker

Non-Active

Resulting Weight:
248.5 :) - Tied for lowest so far

Lunch choices??

I need to find lunch meals that are filling since lunch is my big meal of the day but the meals still need to be healthy..

So here are my lunch choices at work..

Submarina, Quiznos, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Sansai, Santorini, KFC, Rubio's, Pick up Stix, Jack in the box, Cafeteria, Chipotle, In 'n Out, Subway, Panda Express, Sombrero, Mcdonalds, El Pollo Loco..

Wonder what semi-healthy meals I can get from these places..
So far,
9" Turkey at Submarina is filling and pretty healthy..
The Wendy's Mandarin Chicken Salad is healthy but not quite filling enough.. (about ~400-500 calories since I don't use all the dressing)
Cafeteria is ok, but I can only take eating there so much, like maybe once every week or two..

Probably In 'n Out, Jack in the box, Mcdonalds, Wendy's (except for salad) should be off the list permanently..

Hmmm... pondering...

Taco bell, Wendy's Oh My!

Not so good on the eating yesterday... For Dinner, we decided to go get something quick at Wendy's but I at least tried to eat healthy stuff.. (salad, ham&swiss) Gotta step it up today. Have poker night so have to avoid the pizza and beer.

Workout was good, beat Rob 6-3, 6-2, but lots of anxious moments again in the first set.. My legs are a bit sore, might take one day off sports today as i have a lot of activity planned for tomorrow.

Dinner: Wendy's (3/4 mandarin chicken salad with 1/2 dressing package), Ham & Swiss, Diet Soda

Floor Hockey = Good for the Weight Loss Program

Great day yesterday eating wise and activity wise!
I always lose lots of weight when i play floor hockey..
Managed to only eat a jamba juice and small bread thing afterwards for dinner..

Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 2 bowls Honey Nut Cheerios
Lunch: Rubio's Mahi Mahi burrito combo (w fish taco, some chips and beans, diet soda)
Dinner: Jamba Juice (power size all fruit smoothie = 500 cal), berry bread (250 cal)
Snacks: None (whoohoo!)

Yesterdays Activity:
Floor Hockey - 120 mins, 3.75 miles

Resulting Weight:
248.5 :D

Day 3 - 250.5

OK day yesterday.. My dinner was a bit too late (9pm), will try to cut that back..
Also will try to stick with water during sports and cut out the granola bar at dinnner..

Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 1 bowl Honey Nut Cheerios, 1 bowl Crispix
Lunch: Cafeteria Turkey Sandwich, 130 calorie chips, diet soda
Dinner: Thai Chicken Salad, 200 calorie granola bar, 200 calorie yogurt
Snacks: Gatorade (while playing tennis)

Yesterdays Activity:
Tennis - 90 mins, 2.5 miles
Softball - 60 mins, ~1 mile
= 3.5 mi

Resulting Weight:
250.5 :(

$5 bet

I win $5 from a work buddy if I see 242.5 or below on the scale on Oct31 Halloween morning..

Feeling fairly confident after 3 pound drop first day, and a good 2.5 mile tennis lunch hour today..

Below 1/8 ton!

Nice big drop for first day on new program... I think my body is dying to lose weight.

Sad day in tennis land..

My friend Justin just took his first set ever off of me in tennis, 7-6(7-2).
I beat him 6-3 in the 2nd set, but the damage was already done..

Besides him playing better these days, one of the main reasons I lost is because of how out of shape I am! Just more fuel for the fire for me to get back sleek and dominating in tennis again!

Now my work buddies are trying to exploit the system and are opening popcorn packages right in my cube and leaving candies on my desk..

My wife and I have set some new goals.. We're calling it the "healthy living lifestyle"

Better eating, more workouts, etc..

First things first, lay some laws down.. I've been snacking like crazy at work. So now if anybody sees me snacking, I owe them $10.

That should stop the snacking!
