Below 1/8 ton!

Nice big drop for first day on new program... I think my body is dying to lose weight.

Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 2 bowls Honey Nut Cheerios
Lunch: Submarina 9" ATC, 130 calorie chips, diet soda
Dinner: 1/2 leftover burrito, few pieces of chicken, 200 calorie yogurt
Snacks: None

Yesterdays Activity:
Tennis - 90 mins, 2.2 miles

Resulting Weight:
249.5 :)
