OK day yesterday.. My dinner was a bit too late (9pm), will try to cut that back..
Also will try to stick with water during sports and cut out the granola bar at dinnner..
Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 1 bowl Honey Nut Cheerios, 1 bowl Crispix
Lunch: Cafeteria Turkey Sandwich, 130 calorie chips, diet soda
Dinner: Thai Chicken Salad, 200 calorie granola bar, 200 calorie yogurt
Snacks: Gatorade (while playing tennis)
Yesterdays Activity:
Tennis - 90 mins, 2.5 miles
Softball - 60 mins, ~1 mile
= 3.5 mi
Resulting Weight:
250.5 :(
