Great day yesterday eating wise and activity wise!
I always lose lots of weight when i play floor hockey..
Managed to only eat a jamba juice and small bread thing afterwards for dinner..
Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 2 bowls Honey Nut Cheerios
Lunch: Rubio's Mahi Mahi burrito combo (w fish taco, some chips and beans, diet soda)
Dinner: Jamba Juice (power size all fruit smoothie = 500 cal), berry bread (250 cal)
Snacks: None (whoohoo!)
Yesterdays Activity:
Floor Hockey - 120 mins, 3.75 miles
Resulting Weight:
248.5 :D
