Good workout day! Same resulting weight

Lots of workout yesterday.. Legs pretty sore :)

Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 2 pb&j bagels
Lunch: Softball Tournament BBQ (burger, dog, some fruit, small chips package, diet soda)
Dinner: Jamba Juice (Power size all fruit - 500 cal), Sourdough pretzel, Cashews :(
Snacks: Diet soda, granola bars, gatorades (during sports for energy)

Yesterdays Activity:
Softball Tournament (180 minutes, ~3 miles)
Beach Volleyball (160 minutes, 2.6 miles)
= 5.6 miles

Resulting Weight:
248.5 :) - Tied for lowest so far
