Taco bell, Wendy's Oh My!

Not so good on the eating yesterday... For Dinner, we decided to go get something quick at Wendy's but I at least tried to eat healthy stuff.. (salad, ham&swiss) Gotta step it up today. Have poker night so have to avoid the pizza and beer.

Workout was good, beat Rob 6-3, 6-2, but lots of anxious moments again in the first set.. My legs are a bit sore, might take one day off sports today as i have a lot of activity planned for tomorrow.

Yesterdays Eating:
Breakfast: 2 bowls Raisin Bran
Lunch: Taco Bell (3 items, ~900 calories), Diet soda
Dinner: Wendy's (3/4 mandarin chicken salad with 1/2 dressing package), Ham & Swiss, Diet Soda
Snacks: None

Yesterdays Activity:
Tennis - 100 mins, 2.3 miles

Resulting Weight:
249.5
