Back on track.

This mornings weight: 245.5

Very good beach volleyball workout and decent eating..


Yesterdays Breakfast:
4 pieces of PB&J Toast
Yesterdays Lunch:
Power size Jamba (Mango)
Yesterdays Dinner:
Beef Patty, some Shark meat, diet soda, small amount of beer and wine, handful of caramel corn
Snacks:
None

Yesterdays Activity:
Beach Volleyball - (185 mins, 3.25 miles)

Yes. It was "So good I would have eaten it all if I wasn't on the new weight loss program" Caramel corn :)
