Indoor treadmill for new low

This mornings weight: 241.0 - New low!

Finally did an indoor workout away from the smoke.. Combined with fairly decent eating = new low, yay!


Yesterdays Breakfast:
Power All Fruit Jamba, berry bread, 1 PB&J

Yesterdays Lunch:
Daphne's Gyros plate, diet soda, one hansens
Yesterdays Dinner:
Wendy's chicken caesar salad with 1/2 dressing, medium frosty
Snacks:
None

Yesterdays Activity:
Treadmill (53 minutes, 4 miles)
