No workout = Weight Gain

No workout yesterday.. Always gain weight on those days :(

Breakfast:
Some fruit salad, 0.5 bowls Raisin Bran
Lunch:
El Pollo (Chicken Tostada Salad with minimal dressing, 99 cent BRC burrito, Diet Soda)
Dinner:
Spaghetti, Diet Soda

None
