Not doing too bad through 2 weeks.. A few moments of weakness but in general improving a lot..
Gotta step up the workouts a little bit in week 3.

After the move to the east coast, and my back going out for 3+ months, I am up to 273 pounds. Need to get back in shape starting NOW.
