
Had a little hiccup this week but bouncing back nicely.. Hope to be below 240 by the end of the month!

After the move to the east coast, and my back going out for 3+ months, I am up to 273 pounds. Need to get back in shape starting NOW.

I just calculated the difference between my weight change for the first 2 weeks and kept that line going, I think the line is probably going to be a bit unreasonable :)
hmmm...do you have any intermediate wieght goals? like 225 by 2008? that might be a good way to measure your progress....we should golf this weekend. always looking to help the weight loss program :)
