Winning the bet

This mornings weight: 242.5 = $5

Had a big dinner here in Farnborough yesterday with beer, but had a big workout afterwards as well.. Hope to have a better eating day today with the same good workout.

Yesterdays Breakfast:
Holiday inn contintental breakfast

Yesterdays Lunch:
Nokia Sandwich shop - Cajun Chicken Panini, chips, Sprite

Yesterdays Dinner:
Nepalese chicken, barbecued lamb starter, naan, 1.75 pints of beer

Snacks:
Finished off the stupid gummy bears

Yesterdays Activity:
Treadmill (52 minutes, 4.18 miles) <-- Some anonymous people didn't believe me that I would workout everyday here in England.. It's really not that challenging to do.

Also one should note that Damien wouldn't go for the original weight loss goal . . . he wimped out to the standard 2 lbs/week:

Thoughtful anonymous stranger -- The standard for most weight loss programs is 2 lbs/week. I would go for 240, but not 245 . . .

Damien -- OK I will take 243 then... 5 buck bet for each of you?

Hmmm, and you hit the final number exactly. Some would say that is suspicious . . .

I have photo verification with time stamp on it.. Also Dean you are lucky I went to England otherwise I would be well below 240 right now..

Time stamps can be forged . . . and can we really be sure the measurement is in pounds and not the British kilogram?

Correction that was Buttered chicken not Nepalese chicken my friend. You should have stopped after one beer too.
