Excellent day yesterday. Great eating and good workout.. That's back to back days of new lows on the weight loss program! Feeling pretty good.

Awesome day yesterday... Great workout, not the best eating but burned it all off..

Finally the big drop I've been waiting for, and it was over thanksgiving vacation!

Survived thanksgiving!

My legs were too sore for a workout yesterday but will get back on the horse today with good beach volleyball.. Ate pretty decently yesterday though. Goal is to see 239 by Monday.

Bad eating but good workout

Day before thanksgiving I had a little bit too big a lunch and dinner.. But finished with a good 4 mile workout, first of 5 consecutive workouts on my vacation here..

Prep for thanksgiving workout plan

This mornings weight: 240.0

So my thanksgiving plan will be to have a strong workout EVERY day.
I am feeling less sore and my foot has healed up a bit. I plan to do about 4 miles every day starting today up till Sunday. I will eat a lot on Thanksgiving day but should still hopefully end up in the 230s..

Tried to workout but still super sore..

This mornings weight: 240.5 :(

I wanted to get back into a big workout today but my foot is ripped up a bit and was very sore. Also still have overall aches and pains from Saturday.. Did 30 minutes on treadmill but it was mostly speed walking. Will try to up it to 3 miles with softball and running today.

I was super sore yesterday from the tournament on Saturday so I didn't do anything.. But I kept the eating to a minimum as well.. Happy with the day.

All day tournament = finally in the 230's!

This mornings weight: 239.5 - New low!

Yesterday was an all day floorball tournament.. (~9 miles)

Great workout, probably burned 2500 calories or so..

I ate:
Regular turkey avocado sandwich (togo's)
granola bars, power bars, gatorade
whopper meal at burger king on the way back

Stagnation in the low 240's

This mornings weight: 240.5

Decent eating yesterday and a very good workout.. I seem to be stuck in the 240's right now, but now that I can get back into a workout routine here, I anticipate dropping below 240 by this weekend..

Getting back to normal

OK all the weddings and travelling are done now! I haven't updated the blog as much lately but starting today I'll be getting back to it full time.. I have the maintain don't gain weigh in today after lunch at work.. Alim is my partner, we should be able to lose some pounds for Christmas..

Here's an update since Saturday:

Saturday morning: 243.5 (estimate, no scale in Sacramento), No workout
Sunday morning: 243.0 (estimate, no scale in Sacramento), 68 minutes, 5 mile treadmill
Monday morning: 242.5 (back on home scale), No workout on Sunday in Sacramento

This week should be floorball crazy, two practice sessions and then the all day tournament on Saturday, looking forward to some new lows after that.

Travelling / Wedding

I've been travelling non stop lately since Wednesday.. Unfortunately that means no workouts and lots of bad eating at airports.. Also I'm at my brother in laws wedding right now and we ate a lot at the rehearsal dinner yesterday.. Here's an update on weight/workout..

Wednesday morning: 242.5, 1 mile softball
Thursday morning: 243.0 (estimate, no scale in seattle), 3.2 miles floorball
Friday morning: 243.5, No workout in Seattle
Saturday morning: ?, No workout, flying to Sacramento

I've found a bit of time to workout right now at the hotel, so I'm going to go for a nice loooong run here.

Next week will be getting back to normal, as well as a big floorball tournament next Saturday so should have lots of weight loss there.

New Low - back down to my wedding weight

This mornings weight: 240.0 - New low!

I had a moment of weakness yesterday eating some M&M's and some little chocolates, but I made up for it with just a small Jamba dinner and a really good floorball workout.

I'm now back down to my wedding weight (07/21/07 - 240), before I ballooned up on my honeymoon and months after..

This week will be tough with more travel, and my brother in laws wedding, so I will have to find some time to work out to counter the eating I will be doing..

Had terrible eating at the airports and on the planes etc as well as no workouts but didn't gain much weight.. The 4 straight treadmill days must have kicked in one day late!
