Guess I needed two jet lag days to recover.. Had a big lunch yesterday but had a small 500 calorie jamba dinner.. Ready to get back into sports today and start breaking 240..

El Indio (California Burrito, rice & beans, diet coke), Gelato
Yesterdays Dinner:
Power size all fruit jamba (<500 calories)

None
Yesterdays Activity:
None - Should be rested for today to do something
