Day 3 in England

This mornings weight: 242.0

Ate a little better and still had my good workout. Getting a bit tired though!

Yesterdays Breakfast:
Holiday inn contintental breakfast

Yesterdays Lunch:
Nokia Cafeteria - Salmon/Rice dish, pumpkin pie with custard, diet soda

Yesterdays Dinner:
Ham, Mushroom, Cheese Calzone, diet soda
Snacks:
None (better)

Yesterdays Activity:
Treadmill (52 minutes, 4.15 miles)

Hmmm, custard, lots of calories in there . . . how much did they put on your pumpkin pie?

Lets just say there was lots of custard - so much custard that the pie was only slightly visible. That had to be 300 calories worth!

But "they" didn't put any custard on it. I was just following the example of one of my English peers on how much custard to put on it.
