First of back to back floorball days

Good bounce back with Wednesday's 4 mile floorball..
Hoping to get another 4 mile floorball today and get into the 237s tomorrow..

Power Robeks, healthy lemon cookie

Yesterdays Lunch:
Chipotle (Burrito, half a chips basket, diet soda)

Yesterdays Dinner:
2 PB&J's, 1 beer
Snacks:
One healthy oatmeal cookie (150 cal)

Yesterdays Activity:
Floorball and prerunning (113 minutes, 4.15 miles)
