Jetlag day

This mornings weight: 241.5

Quite tired yesterday.. Just sat around and rested.. Eating wasn't too bad though, light dinner.

Yesterdays Breakfast:
4 pieces of PB&J toast (mmm, missed peanut butter)

Yesterdays Lunch:
Togo's (9" Turkey Avocado Sandwich, chips, lemonade, cookie)

Yesterdays Dinner:
One bowl of Mac&Cheese
Snacks:
None

Yesterdays Activity:
None - Should be rested for today to do something
