I had a moment of weakness yesterday eating some M&M's and some little chocolates, but I made up for it with just a small Jamba dinner and a really good floorball workout.
I'm now back down to my wedding weight (07/21/07 - 240), before I ballooned up on my honeymoon and months after..
This week will be tough with more travel, and my brother in laws wedding, so I will have to find some time to work out to counter the eating I will be doing..

Power Jamba, apple cinnamon pretzel

Rubio's (Mahi Mahi Burrito Combo plate w beans/chips/fish taco, diet soda)
Yesterdays Dinner:
Power Aloha Jamba
Snacks:
Some M&M's and little halloween chocolates <--- bad
Yesterdays Activity:
Floorball (145 minutes, 4.7 miles) <--- good
