This mornings weight: 241.0
Had terrible eating at the airports and on the planes etc as well as no workouts but didn't gain much weight.. The 4 straight treadmill days must have kicked in one day late!

Orange/Cranberry Muffin, Margarita pizza
Yesterdays Dinner:
Airplane chicken and vegetables, spicy chicken chipotle burrito at airport
Snacks:
Wine gums, Toblerone on plane, some little cookies
Yesterdays Activity:
None
