Survived thanksgiving!

This mornings weight: 240.5

My legs were too sore for a workout yesterday but will get back on the horse today with good beach volleyball.. Ate pretty decently yesterday though. Goal is to see 239 by Monday.

Power Robeks, healthy oatmeal cookie

Popcorn, 1 beer

Yesterdays Dinner:
Small shrimp stirfry dish, slice of apple pie/ice cream
