Tried to workout but still super sore..

This mornings weight: 240.5 :(

I wanted to get back into a big workout today but my foot is ripped up a bit and was very sore. Also still have overall aches and pains from Saturday.. Did 30 minutes on treadmill but it was mostly speed walking. Will try to up it to 3 miles with softball and running today.

Yesterdays Breakfast:
Power Jamba, Blueberry cinnamon swirl

Yesterdays Lunch:
Pick up stix lunch (Kung pao beef, some salad and rice, diet soda)

Yesterdays Dinner:
1.5 bowls of homemade chili, some cornbread.
Snacks:
None

Yesterdays Activity:
Treadmill (30 minutes, 2.1 miles)
