This mornings weight: 237.0 - Tied for Low!
Battled hard yesterday to eat pretty light and have a great workout.. Had a very small dinner although some of it was little goodies.. Got a Christmas party coming up on Saturday so have to keep going hard before that.
Yesterdays Breakfast:
1.5 bowls Lucky Charms
Yesterdays Lunch:
In'N'Out (~900 cal, diet soda)
Yesterdays Dinner:
Some dried fruit, small icecream serving, juice
Snacks:
2 small cookies :(
Yesterdays Activity:
Floorball (105 minutes, ~3.2 miles)
Thursday morning was 238.0 after no workout.
