This mornings weight: 239.5 :(
Had a few bad days there thursday night and friday night. Had too many steak taquitos late at night.. Yesterday was a great day though, good golf workout and light eating. However tonight is a Christmas party so there will be tons of drinking.. Have to bounce back during the week with good workouts I guess.

Rubio's (Mahi mahi burrito combo plate, diet soda)

Light home cooked chicken/noodle meal, some popcorn

Yesterdays Activity:
Golf (195 mins, 4.07 miles)
Friday was 239.5 after some bad eating and 2.2 miles floorball.
Saturday was 241.5 after some bad eating and no workout.. :(
