Going into Holidays at 238

This mornings weight: 238.0

Skipped breakfast yesterday and had a great workout. Holiday season starts tonight whoo! I will have to make sure and work out almost every day to get down to my Jan2nd 235 goal.

Yesterdays Breakfast:
Nothing
Yesterdays Lunch:
Pick Up Stix (Lemon Chicken, diet soda)
Yesterdays Dinner:
Power Jamba, some spaghetti
Snacks:
one M&M's pack before floorball (doh)

Yesterdays Activity:
Good floorball (120 min, ~3.7 miles)

Thursday morning was 239.0 with no workout and some bad eating.
