This mornings weight: 238.5
I've been eating huge meals and snacking a whole bunch.. A few really good workouts have saved me and kept me maintaining the same weight.. Yesterdays eating was back to good again.. Had a double workout today so hopefully that helps for tomorrow..

Treadmill (52 mins, 4 miles)
Wednesday morning was 239.5 after no workout and tons of eating.
Tuesday morning the 25th was 240.5 after a 4 mile workout and lots of eating.
Monday morning the 24th was 239.5 after a 1.8 mile walk workout.
