Still haven't recovered from the Christmas party eating yet.. I have been slacking off too much and I ate too much chocolate from our christmas party gift package. Had a good workout last night and anticipate a good workout tonight, so that should get me back on track and in 230s..

Treadmill (60 mins, 4.48 miles)
Tuesday morning was 241.5 after no workout.
Wednesday morning was 241.0 after 1 mile softball workout.
