I've been eating tons of food still.. Trying to work out a lot.. Hanging in at 238s.
Yesterday, jogged for 3.5 miles.
Friday morning's weight was 238.0 after ~3.2 miles floorball..

Hanging tough
This mornings weight: 238.5
I've been eating huge meals and snacking a whole bunch.. A few really good workouts have saved me and kept me maintaining the same weight.. Yesterdays eating was back to good again.. Had a double workout today so hopefully that helps for tomorrow..

Wednesday morning was 239.5 after no workout and tons of eating.
Tuesday morning the 25th was 240.5 after a 4 mile workout and lots of eating.
Monday morning the 24th was 239.5 after a 1.8 mile walk workout.

Maintaining weight during the holidays so far
This mornings weight: 238.0
Surviving the holidays so far! Tons of eating out, but good workout yesterday keeps me at 238. Pumped for more workouts today.

Going into Holidays at 238
This mornings weight: 238.0
Skipped breakfast yesterday and had a great workout. Holiday season starts tonight whoo! I will have to make sure and work out almost every day to get down to my Jan2nd 235 goal.

Had In'N'Out and snacked on a Twix bar. But I felt guilty about it so only had a very light dinner and it paid off..

Back to tied for low!

Battled hard yesterday to eat pretty light and have a great workout.. Had a very small dinner although some of it was little goodies.. Got a Christmas party coming up on Saturday so have to keep going hard before that.

Pumpkin pie finished.. yay
This mornings weight: 239.0
Mom came to visit for a few days and made some nice meals as well as made a pumpkin pie.. Yumm but bad for the weight loss program. Anyways we've finished the pie off now and at least i'm still in the 230s.. Time to charge forward until more family comes to visit and more eating.

Back to back workouts gets me back on track

OK.. Second 4 mile workout in a row and better eating.. Gotta keep it up. Need another treadmill night tonight to go into the weekend at a solid weight.

Still haven't recovered from the Christmas party eating yet.. I have been slacking off too much and I ate too much chocolate from our christmas party gift package. Had a good workout last night and anticipate a good workout tonight, so that should get me back on track and in 230s..

Christmas party - too much wine!

Had a light breakfast, but lunch and dinner were big with lots of drinking..
Got sick at night unfortunately but that kept the weight down..

Been struggling a little bit lately.. :(

Had a few bad days there thursday night and friday night. Had too many steak taquitos late at night.. Yesterday was a great day though, good golf workout and light eating. However tonight is a Christmas party so there will be tons of drinking.. Have to bounce back during the week with good workouts I guess.
