Need next big push

This mornings weight: 240.0

Last night was good floorball and light eating but mostly I've been maintaining and not losing anything.. This week is going to be the start of improvement back to 230's.. I have good workouts planned for the weekend and all throughout next week.. Floorball tournament in Anaheim on Feb9, so that will be a major bonus for the weight loss program..

Stalled

This mornings weight: 240.0

Still haven't recovered from the holidays yet. Settling in on better eating though. Had light smoothies for breakfast and dinner last night.
Had a great ~4 mile floorball workout last night.

We are changing floorball to be twice a week so that should help me out a lot as well.. Just getting sick of treadmill running and would rather do sports.
Might look into a daily morning 3 mile walk as well..

Holidays are over

This mornings weight: 239.0

The holidays got me a little bit but I've had a strong last few days..
Yesterday was 240 after a 5 mile morning treadmill workout, and this morning was 239 after a 3 mile morning treadmill workout.

Didn't achieve my 235 goal yet, but at least I maintained OK.. I just had WAY too many home cooked meals with not enough workout.. Time to get back into the old routine, no more holiday eating!!
