Stalled

This mornings weight: 240.0

Still haven't recovered from the holidays yet. Settling in on better eating though. Had light smoothies for breakfast and dinner last night.
Had a great ~4 mile floorball workout last night.

We are changing floorball to be twice a week so that should help me out a lot as well.. Just getting sick of treadmill running and would rather do sports.
Might look into a daily morning 3 mile walk as well..

I'm guessing the only thing on a diet is the blog entries.
