This mornings weight: 241.5
OK so I didn't quite "spring" into action since last update. More like I went all the way back up to 245. But now I'm starting to incorporate all my old sports again (tennis and volleyball). And the last few weeks I've been doing about 4 sports a week so that is helping..
Will try to keep this pace up and to update more.
Last night was good floor hockey and good eating to get back into 241s..
