About to move

So working out almost every day here in SD, enjoying all I can.
After tennis yesterday and floor hockey on Monday, weighed in at 238.6 this morning..

Got Golf AND floor hockey on Thursday as well as tennis on Friday.

Hanging Tough

Had a week hiatus in PA doing nothing active and just driving around all day looking for houses.. Didn't eat too poorly though so able to maintain at 239.8 this morning.

Will exercise a lot my last month here in SD!

Life after the bet

Been trying to keep focused!
Still been working out like crazy without my wife around but slacked off and been eating a little worse.. Weighed in at 239.6 this morning so hanging tough, but hoping to make a nice push to 235 to beat my wedding weight soon..

Ouch

Was pretty excited about me losing 20 pounds and weighing in at 238.7 today.

That was until Dave weighed in at 207 losing 30 pounds.. Yeesh!
Congrats to Dave for the amazing loss..

I'll try and keep going now, next goal is for 237 which is my wedding weight 2 years ago, haven't seen it since then..

New Low

So pulled my groin a bit earlier this week so didn't do much early on in the week but got back at it with good frisbee golf and tennis yesterday as well as great floorball today..

New weight: 244.4

Too many beers in Florida

Had a blast in Florida but just drank a ton with no workouts.. So that was some weight gain there.. Back at it here in San Diego though with good floorball last night and a good treadmill session the day before..

Got 3 straight days of workouts planned (tennis, floorball, beach volleyball) so Monday's weigh in should rock.

Lots of workouts but too much Mexican

Eating a lot of Mexican these days as I won't be getting much of that in a few months..

Workouts:
Friday: 3 mile treadmill
Saturday: 2 hour Floorball
Sunday: 3 hour beach volleyball
Monday: 2 hour Floorball
Tuesday: Laziness
Wednesday: 4 mile treadmill

Last night was good but I did nothing on Tuesday and will have to tone down the Mexican eating.

Tournament aftermath

So I had an excellent all day floor hockey tournament workout on Saturday. Only problem was I took it easy on Friday to prepare for it, then had pizza & beer Saturday night with the team, and then I was super sore on Sunday so I couldn't do anything.. So those sort of canceled out the excellent workout. Anyways got back to workouts on Monday and Tuesday so resulting weight finally in the 245s..

I hate the treadmill

Would rather play any sport than run on the treadmill, it's soooo boring..
But had nothing else last night so did 3.5 miles on the treadmill.

Played a few hours of tennis on Tuesday.. Hanging tough in 246 range, now have to make next push..

2 hours tennis on Friday and good Floorball on Saturday.
After that rested up a bit, played cart golf on Sunday and did a 3 mile treadmill workout on Monday.

Constant workouts paying off

So today is Day 9 of our competition and I've only had one day without a great workout...

Last night was very good floor hockey and a Robek's smoothie for dinner to weigh in this morning at 247.0.

2 hour tennis today and floor hockey again tomorrow morning..

Dave takes the lead

We did an official weigh in last night.. I played good tennis to weigh in at 248 before dinner and 250 after dinner, Dave weighed in at 226 after dinner, that's 10 pounds down in 6 days lol..

After dinner weigh in:
Dave: 226.0 (-10.2)
Damien: 250.0 (-8)

2nd week drop off should be more realistic..

Had a great Saturday with 2 hour floorball workout and good eating..
Yesterday was pretty lazy (I don't think 1 hour driving range counts as a workout)
But just had a PB&J for dinner..

Survived poker night

Usually at poker night I have like 4-5 slices of pizza and 4-5 beers..
Instead last night I had no pizza, and 2 light beers :)

Also played good 2 hours tennis so dropped a bit,

PS: Rumor has it Dave weighed in yesterday at 229, so he was pretty artificially high as well and is now 7 down like me so far..

First day of competition

OK had a very good first day, decent eating and 2.5 hours floor hockey..

I think my 258 weigh in was artificially high by not doing any activity that day and stuffing myself and having a huge soda before I went to Dave's to weigh in.

Anyways I Weighed in this morning on my scale at 248 but I think Dave's scale is 3 pds heavier, so I'll call it 251 for my weigh in this morning after good workout last night.
