OK had a very good first day, decent eating and 2.5 hours floor hockey..
I think my 258 weigh in was artificially high by not doing any activity that day and stuffing myself and having a huge soda before I went to Dave's to weigh in.
Anyways I Weighed in this morning on my scale at 248 but I think Dave's scale is 3 pds heavier, so I'll call it 251 for my weigh in this morning after good workout last night.
Day 1: 251.0
How did your first weigh in go Dave? I'm sure you were artificially high as well..

I sure hope it's high... I weighed myself the same night and wasn't happy. You guys definitely worked hard to pack on the weight that evening. Not that you guys are competitive. :)
I will be sure to bring lots of beer to our poker nights, to help out :)
Yeah if Dave is there having lots of beer with me then it's ok, otherwise only a small amount of beer for me!

You guys should just weigh yourself once a week, just like they do on the biggest loser and stay away from the scale aside from that. It is really hard to make any progress, or to feel like you are, because you might not see results from one day to the next but should see it from week to week. Go for the light version of everything or water stuff down...water has 0 calories. =)
Ok, I know you guys are best friends and all... but weighing the highest ever too ...definitely calls for some serious action. I'm kicking in $20! Don't let me down, son!
