New Low

So pulled my groin a bit earlier this week so didn't do much early on in the week but got back at it with good frisbee golf and tennis yesterday as well as great floorball today..

New weight: 244.4

Have to finish strong for the rest of the month.

Back on track

Excellent floorball today and excellent tennis yesterday.
Had pizza and beer for poker night but burned it all off.

Too many beers in Florida

Had a blast in Florida but just drank a ton with no workouts.. So that was some weight gain there.. Back at it here in San Diego though with good floorball last night and a good treadmill session the day before..

Got 3 straight days of workouts planned (tennis, floorball, beach volleyball) so Monday's weigh in should rock.

Weigh in today: 245.2

Lots of workouts but too much Mexican

Eating a lot of Mexican these days as I won't be getting much of that in a few months..

Workouts:
Friday: 3 mile treadmill
Saturday: 2 hour Floorball
Sunday: 3 hour beach volleyball
Monday: 2 hour Floorball
Tuesday: Laziness
Wednesday: 4 mile treadmill

Last night was good but I did nothing on Tuesday and will have to tone down the Mexican eating.
Weight: 245.6
