Almost recovered from thanksgiving week

Ate a lot over thanksgiving week and had family in town so wasn't able to work out as much. Back at it now, 6 miles and badminton the past few days..
268.8 this morning, almost fully recovered.

Decent start here, weighed 268.4, down from 273.4.
Had 2 days straight of 3 mile treadmill and light dinners.

Down to 270.8 this morning.. Did a nice 3 mile speed walk/jog and cutting out the snacking is working well so far.

First sport in 3 months

Played Badminton for an hour last night, was pretty rough and I couldn't move that much yet but at least I was out there!
Eating healthier the last few days, not snacking at all..

Back getting healthier

Today was once again the most I've ever weighed: 273.2
This year has been the most unhealthy for me with regards to eating and exercise.

My back has been out for 3 months, but now I am able to start doing workouts again, so its time to get in shape again.

Healthier eating as well. Stay tuned.

Blog starting up again

So I've gained 20 pounds since my move to the east coast due to not much activity and bad eating.

So changing both those things starting now. Found an afternoon squash guy so that is going to help a lot as well as getting back to the treadmill on non-sports days.
Healthy eating starting up again now too.
