This mornings weight: 240.5
Day before thanksgiving I had a little bit too big a lunch and dinner.. But finished with a good 4 mile workout, first of 5 consecutive workouts on my vacation here..

Power Robeks, Low fat Lemon cookie
Yesterdays Lunch:
Quizno's (Large Turkey Swiss, 130 cal chips, diet dew)
Yesterdays Dinner:
Sushi Deli - A little too much sushi
Snacks:
A few sour kids (bad Damien - finished off the pack)
Yesterdays Activity:
Treadmill (53 minutes, 4 miles)
