This mornings weight: 239.0
Mom came to visit for a few days and made some nice meals as well as made a pumpkin pie.. Yumm but bad for the weight loss program. Anyways we've finished the pie off now and at least i'm still in the 230s.. Time to charge forward until more family comes to visit and more eating.
Yesterdays Breakfast:
1.5 bowls Oatmeal Raisin Crisp
Yesterdays Lunch:
Taco Bell (900 calories, diet soda)
Yesterdays Dinner:
Light chicken soup/salad, half a glass of wine
Snacks:
Pumpkin pie
Yesterdays Activity:
Floorball (105 minutes, ~3 miles)
Tuesday morning was 239.5 after no workout.

Clearly Tuesday's weight loss was due to a healthy meal at Wendy's. Burgers are good for you.
